I have the pleasure of knowing several fantastic writers. Mr FC Shultz is one of them. He's preparing to publish a new novel (very VERY soon now) and contacted me recently for some headshots. 

Hold up. What's the FC stand for?

I have a few suggestions.

No, I guess none of those are his real name. Let's let it remain a mystery. 

Back to FC. He wanted headshots with a sense of fun, beginning with a picture that paid tribute to his favorite author, the one and only Ray Bradbury. Ray once posed with his cat in front of his bookshelf, so, after chasing the cat down for 30 minutes or so, we got what we were looking for. 

With a headshots session, it's always a great idea to have a couple different looks- so that later on, when you produce more material and get tired of using the same headshot over and over, you've got a variety of pictures to choose from. So that's what we did, doing a couple of scene and outfit changes and also getting a nice mix of lighthearted, serious, and straight up goofy.
